The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from olives that come exclusively from our farm. The plant olive, originally secular and recent, is characterized by "Frantoio" (97%) and "Moraiolo" (3%), typical of Tuscany. The harvest is manual, the oil is cold pressed within 48 hours in the mill in a continuous cycle.
